WSFFM showcased 3 types of workouts which were all created by our president, Puan Sri To’ Puan Datuk Shariffa Sabrina. SAB20/30 started at 7.00am, Stick2stix at 8.00am and Fitness Drummin’ at 9.00am. The participants enjoyed every minute of the morning. They demonstrated ample energy and stamina although some workouts were rigorous. We hope we have encouraged more people to exercise so as to keep active, fit and healthy.
