The Aerofit Challenge is a competition which assesses the ability for groups to blend art and fitness. The competition is open to both men and women. 
Each group is given a stipulated period of time to present their choreographed fitness movements, which encompasses several compulsory pre-requisites. A group of qualified judges evaluate each group and assign marks representing their artistic and other skills. Results AEROFIT WINNER 1- GLITTERS UiTM
