WSFFM Women Eco-Challenge 2010 Good day ladies! As promised, our upcoming event happening in October. First come first serve basis...so come and grab this chance!!

Seats are taken up very quickly now. As of 30th June 2010, 14 teams have booked their spot. which means 6 teams to go!! BUT, unfortunately, we will only hold your booking for a week. You need to make payment in order to secure your place. Please download, complete the form and send it to our office within a week of your booking date. You may also email us or call the number stated in the brochure once you have your payment's reference number with you.

WSFFM WOMEN ECO CHALLENGE 2010 – DARE TO CHALLENGE THE WILD 1st. DAY – (Friday, 15 Oct., 2010) 06.00 – Congregate at Pusat Akuatik, Shah Alam for Registration & signing of Indemnity forms. Goodies, team numberings & Event leaflets will be given. 07.00 – Leaving Shah Alam 08.00 – Short break at BP Station at Lebuhraya Karak (after Gombak Toll Plaza) 10.15 – Reaching entrance to Farah Soraya 10.30 – Welcome drinks at Farah Soraya 11.00 – Ice-breaking, Introduction to WSFFM Committee & Event personals, Event briefings (routes & exercise) 12.30 – Check-in into designated tents 13.00 – Lunch & free zone 14.30 – Theory class - Rules & regulations, Points, Penalties, Time, DNF, Complaints, Instruments, Safety & equipments, Markers, Apparel, Medical Aids, Food & drinks. Event committee & personals will be shown the route, check-points & exercise 16.00 – Tea breaks 16.30 – Practical class (in few small group) - Catapult, Blowpipe, Attap weaving, Compass reading, Knotting, Making fire, Abseiling & Flying Fox 18.00 – Evening break & free zone 19.45 – Dinner 20.30 – Motivational talks by Ms. Umai Sarah 21.00 – Adventure talks by Mr. Mazlin 21.30 – Event briefings 22.00 – Day One activity ends.
2nd. DAY – (Saturday, 16 Oct., 2010) 06.00 – Morning call 07.00 – Breakfast 07.30 – Stretching 08.00 – Grouping & event short briefs 08.30 – Challenge begins at Farah Soraya (Starting point) * Farah Soraya to CP1 (Tanah Rata) - Steep uphill jungle trekkings (0.8 km.) for Catapult competitions, * CP1 (Tanah Rata) to CP2 (KOA Sg. Delam) - Jungle trekking (1.2 km) for Sago larva eating, Attap weaving and Blowpipe competitions (Packed drinks & snacks will be on standby), * CP2 (KOA Sg. Delam) to CP3 (Rubber Estate) - Downhill open trekking (1.0 km) for Compass marching, finding their rations & their simple cooking apparatus * CP3 (Rubber Estate) to CP4 (Fruit Orchards) - Flat land open trekking (2.8 km) for Rope knotting (3 types), * CP4 (Fruit Orchards) to CP5 (Soraya river) - Up & down open trekking (2.0 km) for Basic Survival Cooking & fish catching * CP5 (Soraya river) to CP6 (Waterfall 1) - Uphill & narrow trekking (0.4 km) for Abseiling, * CP6 (Waterfall 1) to CP7 (Platform) - Narrow trekking & upstream river trekking (0.1 km) for Fresh water diving, * CP7 (Platform) to CP8 (The hill top) - Downstream river trekking & climbing the steps (0.8 km) for Flying Fox, * CP8 (The hill top) to CP9 (Ending) - Flying fox & uphill running (0.2 km). * Cooling down 16.00 – Drinks & snacks will be served, 18.00 – Evening break & free zone, 19.45 – BBQ Dinner, 20.30 – Physiotherapy. 22.00 – Day Two activity ends.
3rd. DAY – (Sunday, 17 Oct., 2010) 06.00 – Morning call 07.00 – Breakfast 07.30 – Stretching 08.30 – Tele matches 10.30 – Tea breaks 11.00 – Free zone 12.30 – Lunch & Prize giving ceremony 14.00 – Depart Farah Soraya to Shah Alam by bus 16.00 – Short break at Genting Sempah 16.30 – Continue journey & ETA at Pusat Akuatik, Shah Alam at 18.00.
